Every published form has a unique, secure URL.

Finding Your Link

1. Open your form in the Builder.
2. Click the "Share" tab.
3. Copy the URL under "Share Direct Link".

Customizing the Link preview

To change how your link looks on social media:

1. Go to Settings > General.
2. Update the Form Title and Description.
3. These values are used for the Open Graph (OG) tags.
