Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to create your first form with Poplitu.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

• A Poplitu account (sign up here)
• A website where you want to embed your form (optional)

Step 1: Create a New Form

1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
2. Click the "Start from Scratch" button or choose a template from the Playbook.
3. Give your form a name (e.g., "Contact Us" or "Feedback Survey").

Step 2: Design Your Form

Use our visual drag-and-drop builder to construct your form:

1. Drag fields from the sidebar onto the canvas.
   • Text inputs for short answers.
   • Multiple choice for predefined options.
   • Rating scales for feedback.
2. Click on any field to edit its properties (label, placeholder, required status).
3. Rearrange fields by dragging them up or down.

Step 3: Customize the Look

Make the form match your brand:

1. Click the "Design" tab (paintbrush icon).
2. Choose a Theme or customize colors manually.
3. Upload your Logo if available.

Step 4: Publish & Share

Once your form is ready:

1. Click "Publish" in the top right corner.
2. You'll get a Shareable Link immediately.
3. Or go to the "Share" tab to get the Embed Code for your website.
