Forms

A Form is the primary asset you create.

• It contains the questions, logic, and design settings.
• Forms can be published (live) or drafts.
• Each form has its own unique link and analytics.

Templates

A Template is a pre-built form structure.

• You can start from a template to save time.
• Templates come with pre-configured fields and styling.
• You can create your own templates to reuse across your workspace.

Submissions

A Submission is a completed entry from a user who filled out your form.

• Submissions are stored securely in your dashboard.
• You can view, export, or integrate submission data with other tools.
